Can I cancel anytime?
Essential members can cancel anytime with no penalty. Accelerator and Elite members commit to a 3-month minimum to allow adequate time for coaching and protocol optimization. After the initial commitment, you can cancel anytime with 5 days notice before your next billing cycle.
Does insurance cover this?
Most insurance plans do not cover compounded semaglutide. However, ZenOryva is significantly more affordable than brand-name GLP-1 medications like Ozempic or Wegovy. We provide a superbill upon request that you can submit for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
What happens after the first month?
After your introductory first month, your plan renews at the standard monthly rate shown on each tier. You will receive a reminder email before your second billing cycle so there are no surprises.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Your membership covers medication, provider visits, app access, and shipping. The only additional costs are optional add-ons you choose to include. Lab work is recommended but not required.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. If you are within a commitment period, upgrading is always allowed but downgrading will take effect after the commitment ends.
