Getting started
How does ZenOryva work?
Take the 2-minute online assessment. An independently licensed clinician reviews your profile and prescribes if appropriate. Your medication is prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy and shipped free, typically within 5 to 7 business days.
Do I need insurance?
No. ZenOryva is a cash-pay program. Pricing is transparent and significantly more affordable than retail without insurance for most members.
Is ZenOryva available in my state?
Yes. ZenOryva works with independently licensed clinicians in all 50 US states and the District of Columbia.
How quickly will my medication arrive?
Most orders ship within 5 to 7 business days of provider approval. Tracking is sent to you by email.
Medications & safety
What is compounded semaglutide?
Compounded semaglutide is a GLP-1 receptor agonist prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy. It contains the same active ingredient as Ozempic and Wegovy and is prescribed individually rather than mass-produced.
Are compounded medications safe?
When sourced from a licensed compounding pharmacy with third-party potency and purity testing, the safety profile is comparable to brand-name versions. ZenOryva partners only with vetted pharmacies.
What about side effects?
Mild nausea, reduced appetite, and occasional fatigue are common in the first few weeks. We minimize this with a slow titration schedule. Severe side effects are rare; your provider monitors you throughout.
Are compounded medications FDA-approved?
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved as finished products. The active ingredient (e.g. semaglutide) is the same as in FDA-approved brand-name products. Compounding is legal under specific state and federal regulations.
Pricing & billing
How much does ZenOryva cost?
GLP-1 weight loss starts at $197 the first month. Mid-tier and Elite plans add coaching, custom meal plans, and additional therapies. Other verticals (peptides, men's, women's, hair, skin) start at $35 to $199 the first month depending on the plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Essential and most starter tiers can be cancelled anytime. Coaching-included tiers have a 3-month minimum because we design protocols for sustained results.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are handled case-by-case. Email support@zenoryva.com if your situation requires a refund and our team will work with you.
Coaching & app
Do I have to use the coaching?
Coaching is optional but most successful members use it. Essential is medication-only; Accelerator and Elite include 1-on-1 coaching that materially improves long-term outcomes.
What does the gamified app do?
It tracks your protocol streaks, weight, body composition, and lifestyle habits. It awards XP and milestones to reinforce the behaviors that drive sustained results.
Multi-vertical care
Can I combine GLP-1 with peptide therapy?
Yes — many Elite-tier members add peptides like BPC-157 or Ipamorelin alongside their GLP-1 protocol. Your provider coordinates the combined plan.
Do you treat hormone health?
Yes. ZenOryva offers TRT for men and bioidentical hormone replacement for women, both lab-driven and supervised by independently licensed clinicians.
Do you offer hair and skin care?
Yes. Prescription topicals, oral therapies for pattern hair loss, and prescription skincare with copper-peptide protocols are all available.
