Clinical Model
How we work
ZenOryva is a wellness platform, not a medical practice or pharmacy. We do not employ physicians or dispense medications. Here is what that means for you:
Independent licensed providers
All clinical evaluations and prescribing decisions are handled by independently licensed physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants. These providers practice at their own clinical discretion in compliance with applicable state law. Our provider network is licensed across all 50 states.
Licensed compounding pharmacies
Where a prescription is issued, your medication is prepared and dispensed by a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy -- not by ZenOryva. The pharmacy is solely responsible for medication quality, preparation, and shipping.
Coordinated care
ZenOryva coordinates the connection between you, your provider, and the pharmacy through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. We handle the logistics so you can focus on your health.

LegitScript certification
ZenOryva has applied for LegitScript Healthcare Merchant Certification, which verifies that telehealth platforms meet established standards for compliance, transparency, and patient safety.
HIPAA-compliant data handling
All protected health information is stored in systems covered by signed Business Associate Agreements. PHI is encrypted at rest and in transit. Marketing systems never contain clinical data.
Licensed 503A pharmacy partners
We partner exclusively with licensed 503A compounding pharmacies that are registered with their state pharmacy board and compliant with USP standards.
Third-party tested medications
Our pharmacy partners conduct third-party testing for potency and purity. Certificates of Analysis are available upon request through your member account.
Board-certified providers
All physicians in our network hold active board certifications and maintain unrestricted medical licenses in the states where they practice.

Founder
Arsany built ZenOryva after seeing the gap between prescription weight loss platforms that just ship pills and wellness programs that lack medical rigor. With a background in digital marketing and health technology, he set out to build a program that combines clinical expertise, personal coaching, and the engagement tools that keep members showing up.
