How ZenOryva Works
From your first assessment to your medication arriving at your door. Here is exactly what to expect.
The Process
Five steps from quiz to results
Take the 60-second assessment
Answer questions about your health history, goals, and current medications. Our algorithm recommends a personalized protocol based on your answers. This is not a medical evaluation -- it helps us match you with the right plan.
Talk to our team
If you are recommended for the Accelerator or Elite plan, you will speak with a ZenOryva advisor on a 15-minute strategy call. They explain your protocol, answer questions, and handle enrollment. Essential plan members can self-enroll directly.
Clinical evaluation by a licensed provider
A licensed, board-certified physician reviews your complete medical history, current medications, and health conditions. This is a real clinical evaluation conducted via telehealth. The provider determines whether you are a candidate for GLP-1 medication and prescribes at their discretion.
Not everyone is approved. Prescribing decisions are made solely by your independent provider.
Your medication ships
Once approved, your prescription is sent to a licensed compounding pharmacy. Your medication is prepared in a sterile environment, third-party tested for potency and purity, and shipped directly to your door within 5-7 business days.
Ongoing support begins
Your ZenOryva coach reaches out within 24 hours of your medication shipping. You get access to the ZenOryva app for tracking, the member community, and your coaching schedule. Your provider monitors your progress and adjusts your titration as needed.
Transparency
What we are (and what we are not)
We are
A wellness platform that coordinates telehealth, coaching, and fulfillment into one subscription
A connection point between you and independently licensed healthcare providers
A logistics layer between your provider and licensed compounding pharmacies
A coaching and accountability platform to support your long-term success
We are not
A medical practice, hospital, or licensed healthcare facility
A pharmacy -- we do not compound, store, or dispense medications
An employer of any physicians or clinical staff
A substitute for a primary care provider or emergency medical services
Safety
Safety first
Board-certified providers
All physicians in the ZenOryva network hold active board certifications and maintain unrestricted medical licenses in the states where they practice.
Licensed pharmacy partners
Medications are prepared exclusively by licensed 503A compounding pharmacies registered with their state board and operating under USP standards.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved
Compounded semaglutide has not been reviewed or approved by the FDA as a finished product. It is prepared by a licensed pharmacy under a valid prescription. Discuss the risks and benefits with your provider before starting treatment.
Provider oversight throughout
Your provider monitors your progress and can pause, adjust, or discontinue your medication at any time based on your clinical response.
Adverse event reporting
If you experience a serious adverse event, contact your provider immediately and report it to the FDA MedWatch program at 1-800-FDA-1088 or fda.gov/medwatch.
